We had some clear ideas about the design we wanted for our website. I was concerned that the finished site might look a little cloned but I was reassured that Illuminate are able to offer a bespoke service and Matthew was able to reproduce our design exactly and make useful suggestions that we have chosen to adopt.

After the first draft of the template was produced, Matthew provided a ½ day of training for the staff initially involved in populating the site. This training was an excellent opportunity to try out the CMS in a safe environment and Matthew was able to answer any questions we raised.

Since then, we have worked to produce the first version of the website whilst Matthew has been busy making a long list of tweaks to the template on our behalf. The technical knowledge within Illuminate is obviously fantastic, but it has been refreshing to see information, questions and solutions shared amongst all users on the Illuminate forum and Matthew has always been keen to explain the answers so that we are better placed to provide our own solutions in the future.

Finally, I must say that we are delighted with our finished website (of course, it’s never really finished). For the cost of the project, I’m totally sold on the Illuminate Web Content Management System and would recommend the product unreservedly."

"As a novice web builder I tried several different types of software, but they were all difficult to understand. But Illuminate Web were prompt and extremely helpful in explaining the way their websites work.
